Danny has come to my house on two seperate occasions for two different reasons. He's always been so friendly and informative. He even went above and beyond his duties to discuss other concerns I had regarding our AC unit even though he was there to work on our water heater. Danny was wonderful to work with! Our 30+ year old A/C was broken. I interviewed more than 5 different HVAC service contractors, and BlueStar Air was by far the best. The technicians were knowledgeable and gave us a reasonable rate. They came on time, were friendly, helpful, and really went above and beyond in installing a new A/C and furnace. He looked at my equipment and since we knew from previous people who repaired our unit that it just wasn't worth putting money into. He was very upfront with that but did give me the information I would need to decide whether to repair the unit again or just replace it. He quoted me a great price. I got this company's phone number from my colleague after I could not get any HVAC company 's same day service. Technician arrived 45 mins after my call and came twice that afternoon to get my furnace diagnosed /temporarily fixed for 1 visit and also get the genuine Carrier Parts replaced on 2nd visit. It was a very pleasant experience, I got so frustrated by the furnace issue and I did not know whether it was huge or small. This technician is very experienced and found the problem in about 15 mins and explained the problems with me in detail so I know I was not overcharged. In case any future problems for my HVAC, I will definitely give these guys a call.

As a female consumer, there are two things that I place great value on: customer service and time efficiency. Often times, being a female in this consumer market it is difficult to find companies, organizations, technicians, etc to understand that these things are critically important in maintaining their business with clients. When Danny from BlueStar Air came to my home to address issues with the furnace and hot water heater, he offered a wealth of expertise, professional and friendly service, and most importantly, he was sensitive to my time. He understood that I had a lot of questions as to why things weren't working, and he answered every single one of them. He explained with an enormous amount of detail and knowledge - very important - how the units work. He works fast and diligently, which shows he takes his work seriously and that he values his clients. He expeditiously fixed both of our issues while providing unbelievably great customer service. He really knows what he's talking about, but you can also tell that he genuinely cares - not giving you the run around like some other people. Prices are fair and reasonable. Definitely recommending to friends, family and everyone I know!

Danny came out in December when my blower motor died on my furnace. First of all, Danny is an excellent person to work with. He is engaging and answers questions in a knowledgeable, friendly manner. He was able to replace my blower motor and give me the confidence that it would work, even with my already old/original unit. My heater was back in business. Then, today, Danny came out for my A/C service. Since I bought this house a few years ago, I didn't know jack about HVAC and the maintenance involved and I hadn't done a thing. I don't even know if it was done in the past. When he left in December, he let me know that it would be a good idea to have this A/C service done, since I wasn't ready to purchase a whole new system. So, based on my previous experience with his service, I trusted his advice and I definitely wanted to do this. Anyway, he cleaned my A/C unit, replace a capacitor, flushed the lines, added some refrigerant, and did a quick check for me. Now, I'm not worried about the summer's heat and I can't wait to see how it performs when it's really needed! All-in-all, this is not your typical HVAC service experience. Danny is really knowledgeable and honest, so the overall experience is excellent. I highly recommend him for any HVAC needs!
